Data Protection Notice

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we explain below how personal data belonging to our clients and site visitors is processed.

  1. 01 Data controller

  2. 02 Personal data processed

    We process identity and contact data (name, surname, company, job title, phone, email), client transaction data (proposals, contracts, invoice records) and technical data from the marketing accounts we access as part of the service.

  3. 03 Purposes of processing

    Data is processed to prepare proposals, establish and perform the contract, deliver and report on the service, issue invoices, communicate with clients and meet legal obligations.

  4. 04 Legal basis

    Processing rests on the establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). Explicit consent is obtained separately for newsletter subscription.

  5. 05 Transfers

    Data may be transferred to our accountant for financial records, to the IT infrastructure and advertising platform providers we use, and to authorised public bodies where legally required. Transfer abroad may occur through advertising platforms; such transfer rests on your explicit consent.

  6. 06 Retention

    Contract and client records are kept for ten years following the end of the relationship; financial records are kept for ten years under tax legislation. Newsletter records held on the basis of consent are deleted immediately if that consent is withdrawn.

  7. 07 Your rights

    Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties it has been transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to an outcome against you produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for any loss suffered.

  8. 08 How to apply

    You may send your requests by email to [email protected] or in writing to our office address. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
